provides the users, in agreement with the current legislation, detailed information
regarding the treatment of their personal data.
1. Personal data treatment and responsibility
Visiting the site does not involve the obligation of providing any personal information.
The need to treat certain personal data of the users that wish to register is only
to offer the services and ends of Ajedrez21. Both this treatment and the file “Ajedrez21”
in which the data is stored, are responsibility of CHESS EDUCATION AND TECNOLOGY
SL (CET) and fulfil the forecasts of the Organic Law 15/1999 regarding Personal
Data Protection (LOPD). The holder of the file "AJEDREZ21" is the CHESS EDUCATION
AND TECHNOLOGY SL (CET), with the Inscription Code nº 2051320262, and can be consulted
at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
2. Consent
Ajedrez21 only treats the Users personal data with the users consent. By filling
in and submitting the data form, the users gives his consent to store and treat
the personal data that he provides, in agreement with the conditions laid down in
the Policy.
3. Security and encryption of the data on the registration form
As a security guarantee, AJEDREZ21 applies cryptographic and coding mechanisms when
sending and dealing with the registration, subscription or purchasing requests.
4. Special protection of the personal data of under-aged users
Under-aged persons can register as Users of the Service. In this case, parents or
tutors must complete the register form.
5. Communication of personal data
Ajedrez21 WILL NOT COMMUNICATE OR TRANSFER the Users personal data to third parties
without their previous and unequivocal consent.
6. How can the User exercise his rights when referring to his personal
data?
All Users that figure in our database can exercise their rights on this data in
accordance with applicable legislation. Users must send the corresponding request,
indicating their personal data and the Ajedrez21 clients data, to the following
address: Chess Education and Technology S.L., File ‘Ajedrez21’,Calle Francisco Giner,
42 ground floor, 08012 Barcelona (Spain). The request must attach a photocopy of
the Users passport or ID card.
7. Automatic data treatment
In order to operate correctly, the Portal and Service must necessarily use cookies.
In the case of a user that hasn’t registered, the stored cookies are destroyed automatically
when the user closes his browser.
8. Security measures
Ajedrez21 complies with all the security measures in accordance with the Security
Measures Regulations approved by Law Order 994/1999, dated June 11th, in addition
to the rest of the rules regarding this subject. Ajedrez21 will, not assume any
responsibility for any damages that result from the lack of conscientiousness of
the User or in the preservation and use of the access key/s.
9. Changes in the data protection policy
Ajedrez21 guarantees the full observance of this data protection policy. Any amendment
or modification shall be duly notified with a notification on the Homepage or other
equivalent procedures.
