Ajedrez21 and the Ajedrez21 Portal are owned by Chess Education & Technology,
S.L. (CET), registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry Office (Volume 31955,
Page 65, Sheet B202356, inscription 4a)
1.What do these General Conditions regulate?
(1) These General Conditions regulate the use of the Ajedrez21 portal (from now
on, the Portal) in addition to other services offered through the Portal
(2) The Privacy Policy the security and protection of the personal information on
Ajedrez21 will be understood as part of these General Conditions.
(3) All that is laid down in these General Conditions will be understood alongside
the particular conditions that, in a given case, can regulate the provision or use
of determined services or products.
2. User registration
(1) In order to access certain areas and request certain services users must register
previously, filling in and submitting the secure registration form. The information
submitted by the user on the form must be truthful.
(2) Once the user has registered and has been accepted by Ajedrez21, the account
must be used exclusively by the account holder. Ajedrez21 reserves the right of
admission and the possibility of cancelling an account in the case of a justified
cause.
3. Acceptance and changes of these General Conditions
(1) The fulfilment and delivery of the registry form with respect to the terms stated
in section 2 ascribe the condition of User of the Service, and implicates the total
acceptance of these General Conditions. If you are UNDER AGE, must register with
the consent of parents or tutors.
(2) The General Conditions will be applicable from the date of the last update,
which figures at the beginning of the document. Ajedrez21 reserves the right of
changing the General Conditions. Any improvement, modification or amendments will
be duly notified on the Portal’s homepage or other equivalent procedures.
