This book of Chess Informant it's not only top-notch in content but also in production. Highly recommended!

John Donaldson, chess author and U.S. team captain.

I didn't know any chess book that deserved the word "definitive"; now I do. Great claims need great justification, but this book is extraordinary. He tries to describe all the themes, all the ideas, using chess problems, and he succeeds in that formidable task.

Ian R. Watson, British chess magazine.

This complete encyclopedia is special in our field of chess composition and will also be enjoyed by chess players. It is a must in the library of all lovers of chess problems and studies.

Uri Avner, general manager of chess composition, honorary president of the WFCC.
