Description

We bring to the cover of PDR-163 the great master Jaime Santos. The 26-year-old from León has achieved his greatest triumph, proclaiming himself European champion in the speedway. Jaime himself tells us about his best game. He was joined by Àlvar Alonso, who signed an excellent 4th place in Blitz. The Catalan GM signs a complete chronicle of the championships.

For his part, the Dutch number one, Anish Giri, was finally a prophet in his homeland and scored his first victory in the 85th edition of the Tata Steel tournament, in Wijk aan Zee. Abdusattorov finished second and was the great cheerleader of the race, while Magnus Carlsen "only" managed to finish third. The extensive chronicle of the Dutch tournament is signed by GM Miguel Santos, who also comments on the "triple world crown" that, for the third time, the Norwegian genius obtained by imposing himself with authority at the world rapid and blitz held in Almaty (Kazakhstan). Already at national level, GM Pepe Cuenca comments on his victory at the Festival of Sea Rockets (Almería) and MF Jorge Ramírez the strongest Chessable Sunway Sitges, where GM Kiril Alekseenko took the win.

And behind the covers comes a symphony of articles on a wide variety of topics. Judge for yourselves: Ode to the intermediate move, in which GM Alvar Alonso comments on his "immortal" play. Playing the India de Rey!, where GM Miguel Illescas gives us an amazing opening repertoire. The exclusive interview with Jaime Santos, by George I. Married waterman and couldn't miss it. Masterclass of strategy, led by MF Màxim Ventura, where he breaks up a master class of training with GM Miguel Illescas.

.I mean ... And a long etcetera of other articles, up to 10 more Peón de Rey. What. If you want to see the full index read the article at Ajedrez21.
